By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Application.

User Eligibility

1.1 You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration and Security

2.1 To access certain features of the Application, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

Use of the Platform

3.1 The Application is intended to facilitate discovery of services, personalized offering, and accessibility to such services. You agree to use the Application solely for its intended purpose. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Application. You are responsible for your actions and any content you post or transmit through the Application.

Restaurant Listings and Information

4.1 The Application provides listings and related information for informational purposes only. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of the restaurants or their services except via third party reviews and recommendations. You should independently verify the details of the restaurants and make your own judgments and decisions. We are not a contracting party to any transaction you may have with your service provider.

Ordering and Transactions

5.1 Through the Application, you can place orders for restaurant services and book other services through providers. We may facilitate payment processing, delivery coordination, or other related services. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring the availability of funds for payments.

User Content and Reviews

6.1 You may have the ability to post reviews, ratings, comments, or other content related to your restaurant experiences. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display the content within the Application. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it complies with applicable laws and our guidelines. We reserve the right to discontinue your access if it is found via due process that you were deliberately posting inaccurate reviews, malicious comments or other content designed to target service providers.

Intellectual Property

7.1 The Application and its content, including logos, trademarks, and copyrighted materials, are owned by us or our licensors. You are prohibited from using, reproducing, reverse engineering or modifying the Application’s intellectual property without explicit permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 We collect, store, and use user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the laws of Sri Lanka. By using the Application, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy for more details.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Application or the services provided through it. We do not assume responsibility for the actions or omissions of the service providers listed in the Application.

Termination

10.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend user accounts and access to the Application at our discretion. You may also terminate your account by following the specified procedures.

Modifications and Updates

11.1 We may modify or update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes, and your continued use of the Application after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from or related to the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka following a mandatory mediation process.

Severability

13.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

14.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Application and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
